International Competition Network Meets in Barcelona

The Spanish National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC) is hosting the 22^nd annual conference of the International Competition Network (ICN) in Barcelona from 18^th to 20th October.

The network comprises more than 140 competition authorities world-wide from 132 jurisdictions including Botswana.

The Annual Conference is one of the organisation’s flagship events. Topics under discussion by delegates at the conference include: the role of courts in antitrust law, digital mergers, sustainability and competition policy, agency effectiveness and challenges for young competition agencies.
