Dr Bashi Mothusi is a Senior Lecturer in Public Administration at University of Botswana. He holds a PhD (Cleveland State), MSc (UCL), and BA (UB). He coordinates the Democracy Research Project and leads collaborative African master’s programmes. He advises departments and teaches undergraduate and postgraduate levels at UB.
